Race data, turned into decisions
Know your race.Close the gap.
Three athletes.Three paths.
Finish your first 70.3 or Ironman.
No target time yet — the goal is the finish line. Find the course that lets you get there: distance, climbing, cutoffs and season.
Break your target time.
You know the time you're chasing. Build your split-by-split race plan, test different scenarios and see what it takes to close the gap.
Qualify for the World Championship.
70.3 or full — see the real age-graded qualifying line for your category across 200+ races, and how close you are.
Less guesswork.
More race day.
A calm, sharp read on the decisions that move your result — built on real race results, not vibes.
From Sprint to Ironman, every distance modelled.
Real courses. Real results. Real qualification lines.
Every core tool is free to explore.
Pace the effort.Not the panic.
The best race plan is not the most complicated one. It’s the one you can trust when the course turns, the weather changes, and the watch starts asking questions.
What’s your next question?

Ranked at recent races
Rules & how to read the table
- Your finishing time is age-graded to your age group, then ranked against recent editions of each race.
- Rows in green mean your qualifier rank fits inside that race's slot allocation — you'd have earned a slot.
- Slot allocation: leave blank to use each race's own, or set a number to test a scenario.
- Filter races by region.
How is this calculated?
Ranks are computed against each race's real field (finish times by age group), exactly like ranking you inside past results — using IRONMAN's official age-grading factors (Kona & 70.3 Standard, 2026). Race data is managed in the Command Center. Women's 80-84 & 85-89 factors are estimated.
Races
Find your next race.
Explore races, compare courses and discover the events that best match your goals.
Command Center
Command Center
Manage the shared race database and other admin tasks. Only your account can make changes — everyone else just sees the results.
Admin access
Users
Everyone with a Pacer Quest account, newest first. Delete removes the account, profile, goals and events permanently — there is no undo.
Race check
Run it whenever you want: the automation opens the official site of each race whose month/year has passed. Races with a confirmed next edition stay in Races automatically. The ones listed need your decision: Show in Races sets the next-edition year; Keep hidden records your choice so you are not asked again.
News — publish & manage
Write a news post for the News tab (the app's home page). Photo is optional — JPEG or PNG, it gets resized automatically.
Qualification — import race results (CSV)
Creates a Qualification race: real finish times by division, used only in the Qualification tab. Choose a results CSV (Ironman / CoachCox format — columns like Division, Overall Time, Qualified). Distance and slots are detected automatically; set a clean name and year below before choosing the file.
Qualification — bulk import (multiple CSVs)
Import a whole folder of CoachCox results files at once — select every CSV in the folder in one go. Names, years, regions and distances come from the bundled race manifest (with automatic detection for files it doesn't know); check the list below, then save. Re-importing a race updates it in place — no duplicates.
Directory — bulk import (CSV)
Creates Directory races: course profiles used only in the Race Directory tab (separate from Qualification). Import many at once from a CSV file (like data/directory.csv); races that already exist (same id) are updated. Expected columns: id, name, year, distance, region, country, month, courseType, series, swim, bike, run, totalDist, bikeElev, runElev, totalGain, elevGain, difficulty, waterTemp, website.
Directory — race details
Add or edit a single Directory race — these fields power the Race Directory tab only. Qualification races are managed separately with the results CSV import at the top.
Qualification races in the database
Races with imported results — they appear only in the Qualification tab.
Directory races in the database
Races with a course profile — they appear only in the Race Directory tab.

Who we are
Pacer Quest (pacerquest.com) is a triathlon platform operated from Portugal. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
What data we collect
- Account data — your email address and a password (stored securely as a cryptographic hash; we never see or store your password in plain text).
- Profile data (optional) — first and last name, team, and a profile photo, if you choose to add them.
- Technical data — basic server and security logs (such as IP address and timestamps) generated when you use the site, kept by our infrastructure providers for security and operations.
We do not collect payment information, precise location, or any data from third-party social networks.
What we use it for
- To create and operate your account (sign-in, email confirmation, password recovery) — necessary to provide the service you request.
- To display your profile information to you.
- To keep the service secure and functioning — our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we only send transactional emails (account confirmation and password recovery) — no marketing emails.
Cookies and local storage
Pacer Quest sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and we use no third-party analytics that store identifiers on your device. In detail:
- Signed-in session — if you create an account and sign in, your browser's local storage holds a session token so you stay signed in. This is strictly necessary for the service you asked for, and it is removed when you log out.
- Our own analytics — we count page views and feature usage with a first-party system that stores nothing on your device and assigns no identifier to anonymous visitors. For signed-in users, events reference your account's internal ID (never your email).
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — our hosting provider's traffic measurement is cookieless by design: no cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting.
- Security cookies — Cloudflare, which serves this site, may set short-lived technical cookies strictly for security purposes (for example, bot protection). They identify no one and serve no marketing purpose.
- Fonts — pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a standard network request (which includes your IP address) to Google's font servers. Google states these requests are not used for tracking or profiling.
Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device, no cookie consent banner is required — there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent before anything loads.
Who processes your data
We rely on trusted providers to run the service, acting as data processors:
- Supabase — database and authentication (accounts, profiles).
- Resend — delivery of transactional emails, processed in the EU region.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS and content delivery.
Where any provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Your account and profile data are kept for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account and profile data without undue delay.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can: access the data we hold about you; correct it (your profile is editable in the app); ask for deletion of your account; receive a copy of your data; and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Portugal, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Children
Pacer Quest is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. Significant changes will be announced on the News page.

What Pacer Quest is
Pacer Quest (pacerquest.com) provides planning and information tools for triathletes: a race pace simulator, a qualification estimator, a race directory and community news. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Your account
Creating an account is optional for browsing. If you register, keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide a valid email address, and don't impersonate others in your profile. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.
Estimates, not guarantees
The simulator and the qualification estimator produce estimates based on models and historical data. Race conditions, fields and slot allocations vary — a projected time or a "would have qualified" result is not a guarantee of any real-world outcome. Nothing on Pacer Quest is professional coaching or medical advice; consult qualified professionals for training and health decisions.
Race information
Race details in the directory (distances, elevation, dates, conditions) are compiled from public sources and may be incomplete, outdated or contain errors. Always confirm details on the race's official website before making plans or purchases. Race names and logos belong to their respective organisers and are shown for identification only; Pacer Quest is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The IRONMAN Group / World Triathlon Corporation, Challenge Family, T100 or any race organiser. IRONMAN® and IRONMAN 70.3® are registered trademarks of World Triathlon Corporation.
Results data
Qualification statistics are derived from publicly published race results, processed into aggregated and anonymised form (finishing times grouped by age category — no athlete names are stored or displayed). Age-grading uses IRONMAN's publicly published factors. If you believe any content or data on this site infringes your rights, contact [email protected] and we will review and, where justified, remove it promptly.
Your content
Profile information you add (name, team, photo) must be yours to share and must not be unlawful or offensive. You keep ownership of it; you grant us permission to store and display it as part of operating the service.
Our content
The Pacer Quest name, logo and the design of this site belong to Pacer Quest. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacer Quest is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, from reliance on estimates or race information, or from temporary unavailability of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. These terms may change; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. Questions: [email protected].
